Afternoon Edition presenter Dan Walker has described the moment his Achilles tendon snapped while playing football.

Speaking from home, the 37-year-old said it felt like someone had hit him with an axe.

Olympic medalist and boxer Anthony Ogogo, who is recovering from the same injury, gave him some tips on how to recover.
