Bob Harris, Patrick Kielty and Alex Lester introduce a weekend of music from the C2C: Country to Country Festival in London. Eight of the world鈥檚 hottest country acts take to the stage this weekend and you can hear all their performances live on 蜜芽传媒 Radio 2 Country. Headlining the stage today is the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan, one of Nashville鈥檚 hottest artists of the moment, whose current album 鈥楥rash my party鈥� has given him five number ones. Also in today鈥檚 line-up is the CMA duo of the year Florida Georgia Line, whose debut album in 2012 included the huge crossover hit 鈥楥ruise鈥�. Multiple CMA and Grammy winning artist Lee Ann Womack , famed for her signature song 鈥業 hope you dance performs from her latest album 鈥楾he Way I鈥檓 livin鈥欌��, and kicking off the whole afternoon鈥檚 music is acclaimed Nashville songwriter Brandy Clark , whose debut album 鈥�12 stories鈥� has recently earned her a Grammy nomination.
In between the live music from the stage Bob will be on hand with all the backstage action. He鈥檒l be catching up with the artists and introducing live acoustic sessions from some of the UK鈥檚 home grown country talent.
