NBA Commissioner: 'We let the market set values'

Speaking at the NBA All Star weekend in New York, Adam Silver responds to criticism of their 24 billion dollar rights deal.

The 52-year-old insisted that the league's salary cap was in place to protect teams and "allow smaller teams to compete"
