Douglas: Beating Tyson and becoming world champion was a 'dream'
Twenty-five years on from one of the biggest shocks in boxing history, James 'Buster' Douglas says his world title win over Mike Tyson was a 'dream.'
Douglas went into the fight in Tokyo as a 42-1 outsider and was given almost no chance of beating Tyson, who was undefeated in 37 fights and the undisputed world heavyweight champion.
And despite being knocked down in the eighth round, Douglas recovered to knockout Tyson in the 10th round and become world champion.
