Cold caller 'couldn't stick it'
Under a new government clampdown, companies behind nuisance calls are to be fined up to £500,000. But what is it like for the people who make the calls?
Nathan has two degrees, but started working in a call centre when he could not find a job elsewhere.
He worked there for just under a year but left because he "couldn't stick it anymore", and getting abuse from people "twenty times a day" left him feeling "useless".
