RBS boss on bank's £3.5 billion loss
Ross McEwan, the boss of Royal Bank of Scotland, told 5 live the bank will not make a profit for a "couple of years" after it reported a £3.5 billion loss in its full year financial results. It is the seventh year in a row that the 80% state-owned bank has made a loss.
"I think that we've still got another very challenging year in 2015....the key for me is to create a really good customer-focused bank so these things don't reoccur again," he said.
