Former world boxing champ on knocking out aggression
Three time boxing world champion, Duke McKenzie, says boxing helps young men deal with their aggression in a "positive way".
Speaking to Tim Samuels from his own gym in South London, he said the gym has "a lot of angry men" and that learning to box is a "fashionable" and "controlled" way to deal with the anger.
He continued to say the "most important thing" for any person is to find a positive way to release their anger, and that the boxing ring can provide that.
