Goldie Sayers: Sports bra was integral to my performance
British Olympic javelin thrower Goldie Sayers says a sports bra was integral to her performance during her athletics career.
Sayers, an 11-time British javelin champion says it formed an important part of her athletics kit.
"For me I'd have to pack spikes and a sports bra. If I forgot my sports bra competing, I just wouldn't compete. That's how integral it was to my performance."
