Nepal Second Earthquake
Nepal recovers from second earthquake; African leaders in crisis meeting on Burundi; EU to set migrant quotas
Nepal continues to recover from a second earthquake, two weeks after over 8000 died from an initial quake. East African leaders are holding crisis talks to decide what to do about continuing political violence in Burundi ahead of elections there. The European Commission is due to propose a quota system for migrants, in which each country will take a certain number, but some countries have already refused.
