Kath Payton is voting for the first time since owning the shop Vibrant Vintage.

She would like to see a freeze on business rates and when they are reintroduced, for that to happen a small percentage at a time.

She says her mind will be made up by business rates and the freezing of energy prices: "there are various energy rates available to businesses and you have to negotiate ... and when you run a business, it's the last thing you need."
