Sherwood: The team spirit at Blackburn was ridiculous
Blackburn’s 1994-95 title winning captain Tim Sherwood reveals stories of the team camaraderie, including masseuse ‘Colin the boxer’ and the bonuses the bus driver received.
"We treated each other with the utmost respect," said Sherwood.
"We [the team] ate with the coach driver and nowadays that would be absolutely unheard of."
"'Colin the boxer' was there as a masseur... He's never massaged anyone in his life!"
"We made sure these guys were in on the bonuses," added the current Aston Villa boss.
"We believed that everyone travelling with the squad should be part of it."
