Steve Bunce tells 5 live Boxing about the surprising wage of a sparring partner.
Sparring partners are crucial to a Boxer's preparation for a big fight.
However, the price of being repeatedly hit daily by a potential world champion might seem cheap to some.
When asked: "What would the heavyweight champion of the world pay?" by Mark Champion, Steve Bunce replied: "wladimir klitschko looks after people, they'd come back after a couple of weeks with a few thousand euros".
"Wouldn't you want more [than 300 dollars a day] to get whacked by klitschko ?!" Mark asked.
