Iraqi Prime Minister, Haider Al Abadi says no efforts will be spared to recapture the town of Ramadi lost to Islamic State fighters, last week. Earlier, US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter said Iraqi troops had no appetite for fighting Islamic State.
