Paul Farbrace: 'Very hard to say no' to England coaching role
England cricket鈥檚 caretaker-coach Paul Farbrace has said 鈥渋t would be very hard to say no鈥 if offered the job on a permanent basis.
鈥淚 was very disappointed for Peter [Moores] that he was moved on,鈥 said Farbrace.
鈥淚鈥檝e got this chance to work with the England team for this series again New Zealand and I鈥檓 just going to give it a really good go.鈥
鈥淚f something happens at the end of it, great. If it doesn鈥檛, no problem but I would have enjoyed my time doing it.鈥
Farbrace, who kept wicket for Kent and Middlesex during an eight-year first-class career, will take charge of the England team for the two-Test series against New Zealand, which starts on Thursday 21st May.
