Scudamore: Focus is on quality, not quotas
Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore gives his view on the issue of home-grown players in the top flight. The FA want more home-grown players in squads, wishing to see an increase from 8 to 12 players. But Scudamore says the focus should be on the quality of youth development rather than squad quotas.
