Floating cities, high rise farms and massive, subterranean basements could form our future skylines and landscapes according to the predictions of engineering experts.

Dr. Rhys Morgan from the Royal Academy of Engineering was on the panel who were asked to look at future architecture for a TV programme and told 5 live, "we're looking deep in to the future" but believes most of the technological capabilities to create such changes "exist already".
