The man who had the world's first penis transplant is set to become a father. The 21 year old lost his penis in a botched circumcision. He received the transplant in an operation last December in Cape Town, South Africa. His partner is now four months pregnant.
The surgery was carried out by Professor Andre van der Merwe and his team.
