Last night's ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Spotlight programme focused on pension plans for people severely injured in the Troubles. It was a key point in the Stormont House Agreement, and would be given to around 400 people with permanent disabilities including amputation, paralysis and blindness. But Spotlight said 10 of that number would be paramilitaries from both sides of the divide. The DUP are preparing a bill to go through Stormont but plan to exclude anyone with a terrorist conviction, which Sinn Fein say they will not support. Stephen was joined by DUP MP Jeffrey Donaldson, Sinn Fein MLA Chris Hazzard, one of the victims who featured in last night's documentary is Paul Gallagher, who was shot six times by loyalists and left paralysed
