Iceland's Muslims Fasting Longest for Ramadan
Thursday was the first day of Ramadan when Muslims around the world began fasting for a month, from sunrise until sunset. The long day in Iceland at this time of year means that Muslims there will have the longest fast in the world - at nearly twenty-two hours per day. Ahmad Taha Seddeeq is an Imam at the Islamic Cultural Centre in Iceland's capital ReykjavÃk.
