North Korea's worst drought in a century
Crops are failing and there is a threat of hunger when the harvest doesn't come in. North Korea may well ask for outside aid. But will it get it? Will donors hand food to a regime which has tested atomic devices three times, and which engages in the most blood-curdling rhetoric against outsiders? The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Korea correspondent Steve Evans explains.
