Lee Hodgson is completely blind and is totally reliant on his guide dog, Emily.

Lee says people parking on pavements "is a real problem for us" as they have to walk on the road.

Lee Hodgson added that Emily "is lower and less visible, so more likely to be hit because the car can't see her for the bonnet".
