British soldier remembers Belsen liberation, 70 years on
One of the first British soldiers to arrive at Bergen Belsen after it was liberated has been remembering the scene when he got there.
Corporal Bernard Levy was 19 when the concentration camp was liberated at the end of World War II. He said scene that awaited him and other British soldiers was "so horrendous that nobody could take it in".
"We've got to make sure that this particular horror stays in people's minds", he said.
The Queen will go to the camp today as part of her state visit to Germany.
