Strauss: England team bonding trip was essential
ECB director of cricket Andrew Strauss insists England's recent bonding trip to Spain was vital to Ashes preparation.
Speaking to Michael Vaughan on 5 live Sport, Strauss added that getting to know new coach Trevor Bayliss before the series starts next week was essential
He added, "There would be nothing worse than Trevor Bayliss shaking everyone's hand in the hotel and saying "Hi, I'm Trevor, we've got a game in four days time".
