AP McCoy: Kauto Star 'better than Desert Orchid'

Champion jockey AP McCoy pays tribute to racehorse Kauto Star after untimely death after a fall.

McCoy added that Kauto Star was "a complete horse", and rated him higher than iconic gelding Desert Orchid.
