Chris Leslie: I hope Chancellor does U-turn on living wage
Chris Leslie MP, Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer talks to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s Andrew Marr about the upcoming budget.
Mr Leslie said he wanted to see "proper welfare reforms and proper public service reforms that aren’t self-defeating".
He described the UK's economic recovery as "very fragmented and frayed at the edges" and said was hoping the Chancellor will "do a U-turn on the living wage".
