The Pianist of Pyongyang
Kim Cheol-woong is a pianist who had to flee North Korea for playing the wrong song. He performed in North Korea's National Symphony Orchestra. But in 2001 he was persecuted for having played music that the authorities saw as Western decadence. He now lives in South Korea and has set up a music-therapy project for North Korean child defectors.
