Professional boxing is full of macho testosterone-fuelled posturing. It is hard to imagine a more challenging environment in which to be a woman trapped in a man's body. She was, until recent gender reassignment surgery, the boxing promoter, and twice-married father of three, Frank Maloney. Now that Frank has a very public new life as Kellie, how much has changed?
