A consultant from Leicester is calling on people of African and Caribbean heritage to make sure they are accessing health care in the city.
In this interview {Dr} Mr Osric Navti who is originally from Cameroon and works at Leicester General Hospital's Maternity Department, speaks to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's Kevin Ncube. First he talks about how he feels there is a need for more equality and diversity in senior roles across the NHS.
