In the documentary Cutting Up The Cut Up, the writer Ken Hollings examines how an artistic device called the 'cut-up' has been employed by artists and satirists to create new meanings in audio from pre-existing recorded words. Artist Lenka Clayton made a film rearranging all the words in George Bush鈥檚 Axis of Evil speech in alphabetical order - to extraordinary effect.

Actors and actresses from around the world have made their way to the Senegalese capital, Dakar, to take part in this year's Forum Street festival. Forum Theatre, also known as Theatre of the Oppressed, allows actors and the audience to speak their minds and create debates on social issues, as well as bringing some genuine homemade entertainment to them.
