Day of Violence in Turkey
Man shot at Ferguson memorial, attack on Kabul airport, and Mexico activist killed.
A series of attacks on security forces across Turkey leave six dead. Police in the US city of Ferguson shoot and wound a man in an exchange of fire at a protest following a memorial service on the anniversary of the killing of the unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown. And a treason investigation into German journalists is dropped.
