Speaking on Chelsea鈥檚 chances of winning the new 2015-16 Premier League season, Alan Shearer has claimed that Jose Mourinho could win the Premier League with any of England鈥檚 top four teams.
鈥淚 would go so far to say that if Mourinho was in charge of any of the top four, I would put them favourites to win the title.鈥�
