Cheese toasties made with algorithms and mailed in the post
A cheese toastie entrepreneur from Essex says his company uses a "pretty clever algorithm" to send a multitude of quirky flavours through the post to their customers.
Dave Rotheroe is one of the creators of Cheese Postie, a company which delivers kits containing everything you need to make a cheese toastie directly to your door.
"Each week we're going to match a different flavour combination to you," said Rotheroe. "Blueberry smoothies, chocolate cheesecake, French onion soup all put into a grilled cheese sandwich."
"It wouldn't really work posting it together already assembled. It would all soak together. So there is a little bit of effort required but not too much," he added.
