Kasabian: 'Ranieri mentioning us is the ultimate'
Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno is ecstatic after discovering Leicester City used one of their songs, 'Fire', to gee the team up before beating Sunderland 4-2 on Saturday.
Speaking to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, Foxes manager Claudio Ranieri revealed "I tell my players, you go into the stadium with the Kasabian song playing - you are the warriors, you must do your best for them."
As an ardent Leicester City fan, the 34-year-old guitarist confessed learning of Ranieri's motivational techniques ranked among his band's finest achievements:
"We've done some mad things, but that's up there with the ultimate. I could give up all of my awards back, [this will] do me."
