When Two Cultures Collide in Comedy
Every year the Scottish capital, Edinburgh, hosts the biggest arts festival in the world; over 50,000 performances from almost 50 countries. Pooneh Ghoddoosi talks to Claus Reiss Denmark’s only bagpipe playing comedian and Tats Nkonzo, the award-winning South African standup who uses music to tackle delicate issues such as racism, AIDS and the Ebola Epidemic. They bonded over a discussion about music in comedy.
