A mother's tale - how my son became an Islamic State fighter
When Christianne Boudreau's son told her that he was planning on travelling from Canada to Egypt to study, all seemed well.
But it turned out that Damian Clairmont was actually planning on travelling to Syria, where he was killed fighting with Islamic State.
Christianne spoke to Newsday, explaining how difficult the ordeal has been for her and her family.
