Manchester City moved to the top of the Premier League after continuing their perfect start to the season with a 2-0 win at Everton.

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku had a goal narrowly ruled out for offside before he hit the bar with a free-kick.

David Silva then hit the post with a shot after the break before Raheem Sterling set up Aleksandar Kolarov, who finished from a tight angle.

Samir Nasri wrapped up the win late on after a one-two with Yaya Toure.
