German football journalist Raphael Honigstein tells 5 live that 鈥渁 deal is done鈥� between Manchester City and Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg to bring Kevin De Bruyne to Manchester.
Honigstein claims that a fee of 拢59m has been agreed between the two sides for the 24-year-old ex-Chelsea winger.
