Fabricio Coloccini's own goal handed Arsenal all three points against 10-man Newcastle.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's 52nd minute shot clipped Coloccini's heel and nestled beyond Tim Krul.

Newcastle striker Aleksandar Mitrovic was sent off in the 16th minute after a rash challenge on Arsenal's Francis Coquelin.
