The Prime Minister of Dominica has told 5 Live's Dotun Adebayo the death toll will rise after the island was hit by tropical storm Erika. At least 20 people have been killed. Roosevelt Skerrit said: "From the look of things we suspect it will go up as high as 35. Hundreds of families have been dislocated, homes have been destroyed. We're now in the search and rescue mode looking for those who are still missing."
