Former Tottenham and Liverpool Director of Football Damien Comolli has high hopes for new Manchester United signing Anthony Martial.

Speaking to Kelly Cates on the Monday Night Club, the Frenchman said: "I love the player, I was extremely privileged to be a youth coach at Monaco when Thierry Henry was there, and at Arsenal when Anelka was there. I think Martial is in the same category as those two."

However, he did add that the fee was more than United should be paying: "They are paying a higher fee because it's late in the window, and if there's one player they didn't want to lose, it's Martial".
