What it takes to be world motorcycle wheelie champion
Liverpool's Gary Rothwell has been crowned the 10th motorcycle wheelie world champion.
Gary describes what's required to perform a wheelie at such high speeds: "You've got to keep the front wheel up for over a kilometre, which going at near enough 200mph is pretty hard with the wind".
"You can't have the wheel too high because if you get it too high the wind is pushing against the front of the bike so you can't accelerate."
Performing wheelies under these conditions is for professionals only. This video was from an earlier practice filmed at Elvington Airfield of a competitor in the build-up to the 10th motorcycle wheelie world champion final in August 2015.
