After a year of work renovating and changing the inside of Leicester's Cathedral you may have noticed scaffolding on the outside along Guildhall Lane. That's because the Cathedral's bell-ringing tower needs some urgent TLC. The repairs are well underway, and when 蜜芽传媒 Radio Leicester's Helen McCarthy was offered the chance to climb one hundred feet up the scaffolding tower for a progress report - we couldn't stop her!
