Ayman Hirh fled Syria in 2012 and now lives in Edinburgh with his wife and twin sons.

He has three brothers who lived in Syria 鈥渦ntil a few days ago鈥� but are now trying to seek asylum in Europe, because of the 鈥渕ilitia in Damascus".

Two of Ayman鈥檚 brothers are disabled and he is worried about their journey. He hasn鈥檛 heard from them for two days.

Ayman said his twin children 鈥渨ent to bed crying鈥� because 鈥渘obody knows what鈥檚 going to happen鈥� to their uncles. He said he watches the television every day and the images of migrants make him feel 鈥渉urt鈥�.
