Do people in Russia need the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½? The Director General of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, Tony Hall, certainly thinks so. He wants to "strengthen and expand" the World Service to address "democratic deficits" in countries such as Russia. We brought together Sir John Tusa, former managing director of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ World Service, and Dmitry Babich, political analyst for the Russian news agency, Sputnik, to debate this.
