Bill Speakman is 91 and a former soldier, who was awarded the Victoria Cross by the Queen in the first Investiture of her reign back in February 1952. It happened just three weeks after she became Queen. He received the VC for holding off a wave of attacks in the Korean War, and is now at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. Peter Allen spoke to him about the Her Majesty, but first about the battle which led to him being awarded the VC - the highest British military honour:
