Indian telecom firms 'have no excuse'
India is beginning its rollout of 4G but there are complaints that existing services are not good enough to start with.
A lack of signal and calls "dropping out" are regular problems, with operators and the government blaming each other.
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s Shilpa Kannan asked India’s Communications and IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad who was to blame.
