Moritz Kraemer, chief rating officer for Standard & Poor's, has been talking about the impact of the refugee crisis on Wake Up to Money.

He says it's a good test of the European Union's ability to cope with future financial crises.

If European leaders cannot come up a cohesive solution to this challenge, it doesn't bode well for the future, Mr Kraemer says.
