Concert halls as internet-free zones
In a world of YouTube and pop videos, attention spans for classical music can be short. Even if people make the effort to go and see classical concerts live, the urge to get out a mobile phone and check emails during a performance can often be too much to resist. Anthony Tommasini is the chief classical music critic of the New York Times, and he's on a mission to change that. He wants to turn classical music venues into the last bastion of thought and tranquillity - unconnected to the outside world - with absolutely no mobile phones allowed. .
