More women in work 'makes economic sense' for India

Only about a third of India's working age women are in paid jobs and the World Bank has just put out a report on the employment difficulties women face.

They included restrictions on women entering some industries and a lack of laws to protect them from sexual harassment.

The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s Shilpa Kannan asked the World Bank's managing director Sri Mulyani Indrawat why getting more women in work was so important.
