Protecting the landscape of the Lord of the Rings
Anyone who has seen the Lord of the Rings trilogy will be familiar with the gorgeous pristine landscape of New Zealand where the films were shot. The country has now decided its beautiful seas need protection. Alistair McIlgorm, Professor of Marine Economics at the University of Wollongong in Australia, describes the plans.
